He followed up with a detailed invoice with payment options and the agreed-upon estimate. Very prompt and professional. Jose was nice enough to take off his shoes when he came into our home. He charged less money for the job than what other pros quoted. They also use Rain Bird systems, which are very robust. I've had my system for 21 years!
